Booking when using Nord VPN – Important information

Students using Nord VPN have been experiencing problems booking as this VPN is blocking access to a number of websites in error, including Calendly. If you’re using Nord VPN and have noticed the screen going blank when directed to Calendly to book your class, this could be what the problem is.

 If so, there is a simple solution. Here’s what to do:

Click the “Unblock” button, which should be visible while attempting to access Calendly, or edit your Threat Protection settings to whitelist (


Turn off threat protection by clicking on the little shield icon on the left side of your screen and turning off the Threat Protection switch


• Quit NordVPN completely

    • Note: simply turning off NordVPN doesn’t fix the issue

If that isn’t the issue then you may want to try clearing your cache and deleting cookies from your browser, or using an Incognito or private window.
